Breast surgeries, especially breast augmentation operations, will not prevent pregnancy and breastfeeding in the future. This can be explained like this: some of our patients undergo breast augmentation operations after giving birth and they have given birth and breastfed. Afterwards, we perform breast augmentation operations. Our patients can breastfeed their other baby very easily.
Besides, in breast reduction operations, breastfeeding of the patient varies according to the protection of the patient’s mammary ducts. Our techniques completely protect the mammary ducts and for this reason, if our patient can breastfeed normally, we see that breastfeeding of our patient is not affected.
Mammary ducts come out of the breast and come into the nipple as a group and milk can flow out of the nipple with this group not being uninterrupted when coming to the nipple. In this way, the ability to breastfeed is not affected thanks to the preservation of mammary ducts in the surgery is a reality that our patients express.
Surgical specialist Assoc. Prof. Erdem Güven, MD has answered the question of how breast aesthetics is performed.
His hope wasn’t lost, it was buried, and somehow Prudence Ryland made that old grave seem much more shallow than it once was.
