Assoc. Dr. Erdem Guven

Assoc. Dr. Erdem Güven performs his operations at Acıbadem Maslak Hospital. At the same time, he is the Aesthetic, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Coordinator of Acıbadem Maslak Hospital.

Erdem Güven made use of the literature on breast repairs. Erdem Güven, who works on breast repairs, correction of breast deformities, body contouring surgeries, microsurgical repair surgeries, maxillofacial surgery and plastic surgery, is married and father of two children.

He graduated from Istanbul Kabataş High School in 1992 and from Istanbul University Istanbul Faculty of Medicine in 1998.He was an observer in the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in the United States for 6 months in 1998. In 1999, he started his specialization in plastic reconstructive aesthetic surgery at Istanbul University Istanbul Medical Faculty. In 2003, he received the first prize in the clinical branch at the 25th Turkish Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery Association Congress, and presented an alternative to facial transplant surgery. He completed his specialization in 2004 and became a plastic reconstructive aesthetic surgery specialist. In 2005, he attended the "endoscopic forehead and mid-face rejuvenation" course in San Diego, USA. In 2006, he started to work as a specialist in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, Istanbul Medical Faculty.

İ.Ü. He became an associate professor in 2011 during his duty in the Department of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery at Istanbul Medical Faculty. He closely followed domestic and international scientific organizations and congresses and took part in congresses frequently.

He was invited as an invited speaker at the "Barcelona Breast Meeting" held in Barcelona, ​​Spain on 13-15 March 2013 and presented the "endoscopic breast repair technique applied after removal of the breast for breast cancer" that can be performed by a few centers in our country and in the world.
